How long have you been suffering with back problems? Have you had any x-rays or a MRI? If so, what were the results (impression)? Do you regularly see a doctor or specialist for your condition? Have you ever had any type of back surgery? Do you take any medication(s) for your condition? Thank you, in advance. Baybreeze 02-23-2008, 08:14 AM It might depend on exactly what the problem is, but for many things PT certainly can help. The thing one should do with the back is to strenghthen your entire core (abs and back). For some people it will help, though you should keep doing the exercises all the time so that your core stays that way. I've been doing them since April of '06 but I still have alot of spine problems happening. I just wonder if I would be even worse If I didnt do these exercises. |
