ok i guess i'm an average guy .i'm 19 in the army not over weigh.lately as in the last 2 months i've noticed sometimes when i just sit around my heart will beat pretty hard and then it's like if it will just fumble .when that happens it seems like my breathing pauses .something. i dont know how to describe it ..it only hapens when i am sitting around not doing much. also i noticed that my heart rate is usually higher than all my friends even though i'm in better shape .should i see a doc. please help

i just rememberd that i havent made it to pt in a while and this fluttering of my heart just happened again but i jogged in place a little and did some jumping jacks and i feel better ...still wondering

Go to the Doc... I had that same feeling when I was young. (starting in 6th grade) I would actually pass out running in gym class.
Turns out I have a mitral valve prolapse... it is pretty common (more in women than men)
