Hello, im 36 f heavy smoker, dont know where to begin, i have had somewhat of a cough, for several months now, not as bad, but still have a cough, with phlem, odd phlem , its like little jelled balls, any way have been having some swelling of my hand and eyes each mornng, butcouple of weeks ago, my heart started to skip bad,like every min or less all day and night,it felt like it stopped and then came back with a big bang,i was scaredto go to sleep , started to call 911 but thought cheaper to die no insurace, also hada funny fellng in both my arms, an ache i guess you could say down the back of both from the elbowsup , but leftme about 4 am, couple weeks later ,few days ago, it happened againthis time for 2 days straight,itwould fell likeit would stop and then come back wiht big beat , all day and night every few min or less, i listened to it with a stephoscope and could literly hear itstop and then i heard blopblop blop like someone turning upa bottle, then it would beat agian, im always tired, no energy, slim i guess , average ht, i have to tell you been under lot of stress, lost my husband several months ago, due to mvp THAT LED TO CHF, he was only 32 leaving behind me and 3 kids, a nurse said sounded like i had a small heartatack with the firs attack , what should i do , cant afford doc,no insurance, andcant handle another bilL Thanks
