I have had a pins and needles type feeling in both of my legs now for 3 days. Does anyone know what may be causing this? very worried.

Have you had any spine problems or injuries in the past? I know I have sciatica which goes down both legs, but I don't know if it is the same thing. Also, what about circulation problems...try to do a search for these things.
