why does my knee hurt when i kneel on it, it feels like i am over stretching something

mimgregg 02-26-2008, 04:03 PM Without knowing any of your history, it sounds like it could be a couple of things: a tight tendon or ligament, or swelling in the knee. Try doing light stretches first and then see if you still have the same sensations. If it continues to bother you definitely get it checked! Mim Gregg |
