Hello, I have been getting my blood checked now for about 2 years due to an unexplained low white blood cell cout. My hematologist has no idea why because I am hardly ever sick and never have any infections. She recently checked my ANA and it came back positive with a 1:1280 ratio with a homogeneous and speckled pattern. My doctor also ordered a ct scan of my abdomin and found that my spleen was slighlty enlarged. Overall I am active and healthy with no signs or symptoms of an autoimmune disorder. I have no immediate family history of lupus or any other autoimmune disorder. All my other test such as my C-Reactive Protein, Sedimentation Rate, and my Rheumatoid Factor came out normal. I just don't understand why I am not showing any symptoms of a disease. Can anyone please explain??
