Hi I have had right shoulder pain for almost a year now had x-rays and mri but they claim they didn't see anything. I started physical therapy which has helped the therapist told me it was called frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulities it has gotten better but still hurts i have been dismissed from therapy and don't know what to do now I am considering a cortizone injection I am kind of concerned I pray it's nothing else I really don't want to have any surgery or anything like that I had therapy for 2 months I was hoping it would go completely away I've learned you've got to educate yourself I don't really trust doctors that well I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and have lost all my faith in doctors. I leave it all to God now. Hope you do well.

I certainly understand what you are going through. I am desperately worried about my debilitating shoulder pain. My right shoulder has been frozen for years and all the cortisone shots and physiotherapy could give no relief.
The scary thing is now I have it in my left shoulder. I've had 2 cortisone shots so far and my rheumatologist said to go for another at the end of the month.
I can't hardly dress myself or put deoderant on!
This JRA is going to be the end of me. I've had it for 44 years and just need some kind of reprieve! ohlinda
