Could you please give me some input?
I had a PE in December and 2 weeks ago we discovered it was because I have Heterozygos Factor V Lieden. I had my 17 yo daughter tested and she has it as well. I have been told that this means no birth control and no smoking for either one of us (not a problem for either of us) and I am on lifelong coumadin. What else can my daughter do to stay healthy besides the obvious eating right and exercising . Does anyone know of anything more specific that can be done or not done in preventative terms?
