I have chronic constipation, due to childbirth related injuries. It feels as though my cervix goes into my rectum slightly, which gets in the way of emptying my bowel completely + I have very little urge to go. To get some urge, I use glycerin suppositories.

I have pain when I am not empty, but no pain if I can manage to get empty.

I'm 45 and fear the problem will get worse as I enter menopause. :(

Anyone else experience anything similar? Or have any advice??

Thank you.

elizabeth
