I had a toenail permenantly removed over a year ago :( It is causing a great deal of anxiety and embarassment and I hate having to put a fake one on all the time when summer rolls around. I know there is a doctor, Dr. Robert Brodkin in Texas who was in the beginning stages of inventing an artificial toenail that could be implanted onto the toe but haven't heard anything for a while and his personal website has been down for quite some time now. Does anyone know anything on this subject or how to get in touch with Dr. Brodkin?
