I recently had foot surgery and have been laid up for 5 weeks. I am normally very active working out every day with long runs or cardio machines in the 60 minute range. Shortly after my surgery I developed bumps on my upper back that are rather hard but not quite scabby. The bumps are wide spread evenly and don't itch. They are only on my upper back somewhat around to my armpits.
I'm wondering if I have just clogged pores that are used to being flushed daily with sweat and now are not or might it be something else?
Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

you should really get it checked out by a doctor because if its hard and not itchy it might be tumors.
