im interested in having a milk bath everyday, the thing is i have these acne scars all over my body, from my face, neck, shoulders, back, legs, thighs, groin area, everywhere...
instead of me applying cream at all these spots, i figured ill have a milk bath.
has anyone tried this & had any results with complexion & scars fading away.
i am trying sour milk, honey, vitamin c crystals ascorbic acid & cod liver oil for the vitamin A & D. Been reading that AHA (acids) are the most proven skin whitening remedies out there, like face peels, etc... Now... a rich source of AHA has been found in sour milk - lactic acid & honey which also has AHA. Used for the first time tonight but felt alot of water & little of the mixture seems too concentrated, will try stronger doses the next...
anyway.... please post your thoughts, experiences, reviews, etc...
much appreciated...

The lactic acid would be good for your skin, but it won't remove acne scars - it might make your skin look younger.
Dermatologists have great ways of removing acne scars these days - they're not cheap though.
