I have tears & other problems caused from years of IBS & constipation. I have an app't with GI to discuss colonoscopy. Do they also take care of fissures & hemorrhoids? Thanks.

Hi start drinking aloe vera gel.In addition to this, start eating more fibre in your diet.reduce/eliminate all sweety stuff, artificial drinks , white flour a whole load of other things, its unfortunate I can not get in touch with you. Eat more greens, salads

I've tried adding small amt of fiber & flax meal etc but it makes constipation worse no matter how much water I drink. I have multiple food allergies that also aggravate IBS. I eat mostly veggies & some fruit.
I have some organic aloe vera gel I will try that. I'd forgotten I have it. Thanks for reply.
