my man has a longtime now fingertip wart that is a hard and little(like almost skittle size) wart. He'll sometimes pick at it hard surface and edges to minimize it. It doesn't seem to hurt but do the black inside dots end up spreading? Keep in mind this is not a bubble wart a hardy sticking out bump. Thanks!

I believe the black spots he has are like seeds. Sounds like a plantars wart. Have a daughter who has had problems with warts in the past. We used a regular wart remover, takes time. Also the new stuff that freezes the wart. It usually takes a few times also.
Went to the doctor some years ago with warts on her foot. He said the best thing to do was soak the area, and use a pumice stone until you couldn't stand it any more. We were prescribed an acid that was stronger than over the counter and within a month saw drastic results!
