I have isolated systolic hypertension, and have been put on HCT. My BP is typically around 165/80, and I have read that HCT will cause a drop in diastolic pressure as well, and to get a normal systolic pressure you may end up with a lower than normal diastolic pressure..

I'm kind of nervous about how bad this could make me feel, because I typically feel pretty bad already. Anyone have any experience with this?
