Thanks Jim for your reply. Hopefully it isn't RA but my Gp thinks it probably is. My brother has had it since he was 12. I am not in much pain only swelling and stiffness most of the time. I am a fitness instructor so I have still been using all my parts. I am very sorry for what you and other people on this board go thru. It sounds very tough. I do think you are right about the posotive attitude. I am going to try and make that a priority. Thanks again and God Bless Susie63
