So I've had two occurrences of blood clots, and am currently on Lovenox shots. I've always noticed that in the morning everything seems "normal" and by the end of the day my body feels heavy and my body looks like I've gained twenty pounds. I'm always thirsty.

Anyway, lately I've noticed that my face gets swollen...my eyelids get so puffy that my eyes almost close. I thought maybe it's mono, but went to the doctor and had that ruled out.

I found an article on edema and vein insufficiency, and am wondering if anyone else had this problem? It says loop diuretics can help treat it.
