I had my last period around the 3rd or 10th of Jan. and have not had one yet. So i did a couple of home pregnancy test and they say i'm not but i'm well over a month late what else could it be. Just to early to tell? Went to the doc and they want to wait a couple of weeks then test again.:confused::confused::dizzy:What else could it be if i'm not preg?

Did they do a blood test? If not, ask for one.

they moved it up til tom. so i will know by weds for sure.

the blood test came back and its negative so now what could be the problem

cnp: Just a couple of questions....how old are you? If you are older, it could be peri-menopause. If you are younger, then it might just be stress or anxiety. Emotions, affect hormones and hormones dictate ovulation and menstruation etc.

I went off the pill in 2006 and since then my period has been the same. Sometimes I don't get it. Sometimes I get a day or a week. It was due March 1st and nothing yet. My dr. said probably peri-menopause. I am 43. She said it could be like that for 10 years.

I'm only 22. And i have been off meds since may and everything was regular till i missed it in feb and still nothing.

I had the same problem last month but mine was due to stress cause it came this month
