Ok here is the deal I am a 20 year old manager at a restaurant I smoke maybee a pack a day for the past 3 days
I have had a pain in my left arm it gets worse as the day goes on but is always there I am a VERY heavy drinker I get bad pains on my left side I have been taking all kinds
of anti depressent pills Paxil effecer and celexa and somee others I lost my heath assurence so I stopped taking them I dont think that it matters but I dont want to go to
the doctors because I dont think I am old enough to have heart problems and dont wanna waste mine and their time heart problems run in both sides of my family and this really worries me the pain is always there sometimes it gets bad sometimes its just in my left arm other times its in my chest too not sure please email me your suggestions I would be very greatful god bless you [removed].com

Yes but I have been in this pain for 3 days now if it was my heart wouldt it have went at one time and not dragged out I am drinking and smoking still and it stays the same the pain it dont get worse when I do other things

Stop living in denial and go get checked.True,it may not be a heart problem,but you are describing classic symptoms and need to be evaluated.It is not a waste of time to alleviate the worry you are going through.It is also not a waste of time if it turns out to be heart related.You are talking about jeopardizing your quality of life for a long time.

i agree with goober, you def need to see a doctor. anyone any age can have heart problems. i dont mean to scare you but people in their 20s can have heart attacks as well. why do you drink so much? do you have a drink problem? obviuosly you can get help if you have, and as for smoking, why dont you give up? give your heart a chance.

You exhibit all the pre-symptoms medical providers (such as myself)ask for in cardiac related problems. Smoking, drinking, stress, multiple medications.

Left arm pain, medically, is cardiac until proven otherwise. Therefore, see your physician ASAP.
