I have a red itchy rash covering my back, on and under my boobs my stomach and the inside of my arms. what could this be from?

Dry winter skin causes problems. Eczema is on the rise and is affecting more adults.

It could be your skin rubbing against more skin or your clothes try wearing fairly lose clothes that help prevent chaffing.
