I have my BS in Biology and MS in Physical Therapy. I am currently working in a small rural community that is in desparate need of nutritional guidance. I have been reasearching distance learning/online schools to become a nutritionist or nutrition consultant or I even found one that I would receive my MS in holistic nutrition. I want to gain further knowledge for my patients as well as possibly hold a private practice for consultations.

Can someone please let me know if they have done this and which school. I would like to know as much detail as possible in order to make my decision. I live in Texas. Please if anyone is out there to help me out I would be very grateful!!
Thanks!

I am going to be getting my NC courses through the Global College of natural Medicine. From all my research this is the best option. I have a friend who is getting certification (to become a CNC) online. I'm not sure where online, but I may be able to find out in a couple of days.

Thanks for your reply. I have looked into GCNM. How far along are you? How do you like it so far?
I would be so happy if you could find out where your friend is also getting their CNC. YOu mean certified nutrition consultant right?
Thanks again!
