Gosh I'm glad i found this board! I've been having pvc's for about 4 years. They started about a week after my father died and have'nt let up. I have been to several Dr.s and a cardiologist and all have said mt heart is fine. I've had a stress test, numerous ekg's an echo and holter monitor. While i wore the monitor i had many many pvc's and yet the cardiologist says my heart is fine, that i just need exercise. How come i cant stop feeling like somethings wrong? Does anyone else feel this way? Also is there anything to take that may help them? My cardiologist said he did'nt want to put me on beta blockers i guess because he thinks they're not severe enough. Also can someone tell me exactly what a holter monitor reveals? I'm sorry to go on and on but i have so many questions and it is so good to see people are having the same problem. Thank you so much.

Exercise! I've been dealing with pvc's for over 10 years now. I finally started exercising and immediately felt relief. The pvc's are nowhere near as bothersome. You might want to start a moderate exercise program and see if it helps. Good luck!
P.S. I do 30 minutes of aerobics/strenth training in the morning and then walk a mile on my treadmill in the evening, 5 days/week. Also, cut out as much caffeine as possible, if you smoke try to quit, and if youre stressed find ways to help you relieve it. Exercise will work wonders. Good luck!
