I see alot of people suggest taking magnesium for pvc's. I think I even read in the newspaper that many people lack magnesium. My question is, what is the suggested dosage and how often? This is definitely something i want to try. thanks.

I take magnesium to reduce the frequency of PVC's and it helps a lot. Too much magneisum can have a laxative effect and give you stomach cramps. In my case I am taking around 300- 500 mg of magnesium citrate daily depending what I have eaten that day. I try and eat foods that are high in magnesium to begin with.

I have also read that magnesium glycinate is better absorbed by the bodya followed by magnesium citrate.
