My mother suffers from social anxiety & panic attacks. I cannot begin to tell you how weak of a person she is, psychologically - she has no self esteem for one. But, I remember, she would also say she was dizzy, alot.
She would complain of dizziness before she went to go out, walking around at a mall, etc. Doctors never found anything physically wrong with her.
Now, after turning 30, I've noticed I tend to get dizzy, maybe 3 times a year, for a split second. Then I'm okay. I cannot remember if it is before my menstral cycle or if that has anything to do with it, but today it happened again & my cycle is to come mid next week. It is always on time.
My question is, this dizziness, is it due to age? Stress? Anxiety? I suffer from both & when I am in extremely stressful situations, like picking up a full glass and not spilling it in front of others, I am stressed to the max, but never get dizzy. Is just the idea of getting older and one more thing becomes obvious? I haven't felt a dizzy spell again since 5 hours ago.
