View Full Version : occasional burning in heel and knee

I have started having occasional burning in my heel and knee and do not know what the cause is. At one point I had an ache in my leg at night when I would lie on my side and it would go away when I moved to my back. I do tread every day, but I do not think that is the cause because it actually does not burn as much on days that I tread. I do notice it the most in a sitting position, I can not say that it is painful, just annoying. Could you please give me some insight and direction to pursue the root of this problem?
Thank you
Betty

This is just a shot in the dark, but the way it comes and goes depending on your position makes me think it might be back-related. If it's bothersome and not going away, or it seems to get worse, ask your doctor.
