do herpes outbreaks come back in same spot everytime?

I don't think so becaue I had my primary ghsv1 ob 7 years ago and 2weeks ago I had a rash on my stomach. dr thought it was herpes ob and tested. It turned out just to be an allergic reaction from my belt but dr was convinced it was herpes. even though it wasn't in the same original place.

Herpes outbreaks will appear in the same general spot. Sometimes you may get an outbreak in a slightly different spot. Genital will always come out somewhere on the genitals (or boxer shorts area) and oral will come out somewhere on the mouth.
It won't come out on your stomach.
