I have recently been reading about lawsuits against people who transmit herpes to their partners. Don't get me wrong, I hate the person who knowingly gave it to me without disclosing the fact that he had it, but I do feel that suing may be taking this ultra-personal issue a little too far. Is there anyone else who has an opinion on this matter?
