Hi, sorry to be a bit clueless on this matter, hope I can explain,

I have recently realised I have hypoclycemia(still not official but 99% sure) when my blood sugar gets too low I have shakes, sweats, dizzyness and other symptoms.
I have been trying to find out if this is linked to my bad skin that I have suffered with for the past 12yrs, as Im sure I read somewhere their could be a link, I have been trying to eat a low gi diet and I think my skin is slighty better.

Ive come across a few articles saying how hypoclycemia comes hand in hand with pcos, Ive looked in to this condition before years back when trying to get my skin better and thought I couln't possibly have it as I have two children and had no trouble at all concieving them, but was I wrong in thinking pcos makes you completely infertile??

Here's a list of symptoms I have
hypoclycemia,
Acne,
Hirtism??(excess hair)

Ive never been overweight and can pretty much eat anything without gaining.

Sorry for being very naive on this condition but I hope someone can shed some light, thanks

Although your symptoms could be due to PCOS, the only way to know for sure would be to get tested. You could always ask your Dr. for the blood tests/ovarian ultrasound. :)

Hi Coops: Welcome! I too, like morrisun suggest you see your OB/GYN. I am a 20 year veteren of PCOS and have had all of the symptoms you mentioned and some others. I also, have had 3 pregnancies and 2 children. (one miscarriage) Many women do become pregnant and have children with PCOS.

Not everyone has the same symptoms, some have fewer and some have more. It can cause weight gain and/or difficulty with losing weight, but that isn't always a given either. There are varying levels.

The bloodwork will test your hormone levels, ie. testosterone, estrogen, insulin, etc. The ultra-sound will show if there are cysts on your ovaries, which pretty much every PCOS patient has.

Good Luck and keep reading and posting here. cmpgirl
