I am a 63 year old woman whose skin is naturally aging. I like to blame everything on menopause, but I don't know about the rash that has started on my feet. It is red and itchy, and spreads. The doctor said it was contact dermatitis, and prescribed some cream that has not helped. I have started putting foot pads in my shoes, and possibly this is the cause. My concern is that these red spots on my feet are appearing on other parts of my body as single red spots, sometimes itchy, and then become scaly. The spots almost look like an insect bite with a little hole in the middle. Does anyone have a clue about his rash?

those single red bumps all over your body almost sound like pimples try an antiacne cream. the area on your feet sounds like its maybe rubbing against the shoes you wear or your socks maybe. lose the pads in your shoes and get slightly bigger shoes that can breath.it'll probally be better if they were made for running like avia.
