Hi Sharon

I get severe heaviness, ie.....if I apply the patch to my upper arm, I'll get a pain like a dead arm as if someone has punched you in it.

Is that the sort of pain you are getting. Oh and don't remind me of the itchiness I get also..lol

I am 1 month 2 weeks & 3 days into my quit, with 3 slip ups:confused:
But I keep on jumping back on the quit because I am determined this time  and plus I am enjoying the extra money....lol

How are you doing? Keep in touch

Still on the patch. I've reduced down to the 14mg patch now, that is why I had my last slip up. I know what you mean by good and bad days, today wasn't too bad because I stuck to my routine, ie...get up, get kids to school, go work, come home, cook tea....etc etc. But as soon as I go out of that routine, like at weekends, that is when it really hits me :-(

Thanks Sharon, I will certainly give it my best shot this time. Keep thinking to myself how much I really wanted to give them up when I was smoking. But now I'm not smoking I keep on thinking what it would be like to smoke. It's like a vicious circle :-(

Congrats on 4 days quit.....your doing excellent.
