Hopefully, your doctors have done all the necessary tests to rule out more serious physical problems. If not, you would need to have a colonoscopy to narrow down the field of possibilities. A dx of IBS is usually reached this way.
It is possible to have an odd combination of symptoms with IBS but usually there are red flag signs that are present for nearly everyone. Symptoms like D or C, changes in stool size and shape, pain and bloating, gassiness and incomplete evacuation are all symptoms. If these symptoms persist for more than three months, it may be IBS.
The other issues you mentioned are not so clearly related to IBS, although they can be. In my case, headache goes hand in hand with C but this is something I have discovered after years of dealing with IBS. I would not have initially assumed they were related. Some folks are troubled by shortness of breath as well, but this is not a typical IBS symptom and one that I would not take lightly. Rectal bleeding should always be checked by a doc as it can be related to many other problems besides IBS.
Hope that helps!

You poor thing! You are so young! I am sorry you are going through this!
The pill camera is an excellent diagnostic test that will help docs determine what your guts are going on a daily basis. They are probably hoping to see how long food stays in your belly before it flushes through. This will help them make a proper dx.
Iron supplements will DEFINITELY help with the D. Iron almost universally constipates. I too am borderline anemic but can not take the supplements as my IBS is primarily C. I don't need any help getting backed up!
Hang in there and keep us posted! We're all here for you!

Hopefully they will test for Whipple Disease, it can cause those symptoms... although lots of things can cause those symptoms.
Crohn's/Ulcerated colitis can also cause the joint pain with digestive problems.
Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
