I had my navicular bone trimed down last year which put me out of work for 3 months due to infection. I now have ostio arthuritis and they are going to do a fusion to the navicular joint due to serious foot pain. What does this op intail? will i have a cast? how long would you usually spend in hospital and how long would i be of work for which involves alot of driving.
