I am a 70 year old female with blackheads around my eyes. What can I do to get rid of them.

I actually squeeze my blackheads. I have an metal instrument, from the drugstore, that has a circular opening that you press against the skin and it helps to extract them. Or I Take 2 cotton swabs press down one either side of the blackhead and squeeze. They say it's not good to squeeze but I do with no problem. You can also go to the dermatologist and see what they suggest. I have a prescription medicine called BenzaClin (sp?) which has greatly reduced my pore size hence I get less blackheads. It can be drying so you will want a non-comenogenic cream for your face. A derm. can reccomend the best brand for your skin type/needs. Also get a toner with Salacylic acid in it (2%) and use it after washing face. Clean and Clear has it. Hope this helps a bit.
