Are all herpes outbreaks painful?

Actually most outbreaks aren't even felt at all.

You'll hear horror stories on the Net, but these are the exceptions, not the rule.
Remember, 90% of the people who have herpes, don't know they have it. If every outbreak was painful, then everyone would know it.
