the last 3 years i have had a bad feeling in my mouth and this is always at the same time as the feeling around my genitals,,i also have red spots on my genitals which come and go but the iching eefects all my body and i suffer on a daily basis
do i have herpes or could it be something else the doctors cant find whats wrong and it is destrying my enjoyment of life

It would be easy enough for a doctor to give you a blood test to find out if you have herpes. Herpes doesn't normally make people itchy all over their body on a daily basis.

Just get tested.
