I have been having regular blood tests done recently because of anemia, My hemoglobin levels are now back to normal as well as everything else in a CBC except for neutrophils which are 77, normal is 40-74. How high is this considered and what could cause this? Thank you.

Neutrophils fight infection, so you might have a little tiny infection of some type...I'm sure its not bad though as you are only 3 points out of a normal range. If your doctor didn't mention it and wasn't worried about it, I'm sure its probably nothing to be concerned about.
