hello. i have been taking atenelol on and off for about 5 years now. i have been on 50mg daily since nov 2002, when i had my last a-fib. my concern is the long term use of the atenelol can have on you? serious side effects several years ahead?

i work in a lab and can run my own blood test. so far, the only side effedts is elevated SGPT SGOT of the liver. nothing to worry about.
