Hi,
I am looking for a good doctor in NY to get a second opinion. A relative of mine has clogged arteries and he had a balloon procedure and now has scar tissue that is blocking the artery. the doctor who operated on him wants to do the procedure again and wants to give radiation to prevent new scar tissue from forming. anyone ever have this done? can you recommend any doctor in or around NYC?
