Has anyone with PCOS-related acne taken Dianette (the combined oral contraceptive pill) ?? Has it helped?? Were there any side effects, such as weight gain and loss of libido?? I'm really worried about this, as well as the long-term effects.

Oh and do endocrinologists also prescribe Spironolactone, or only dermatologists (for skin conditions) ?
