I have recently developed an unusual problem. I work out a few times a week during the day and play ice hockey 1-2 times a week at night. I noticed that my heart rate is around 80 to 100 beats a minute for up to 3 hours after my hockey games. This does not happen when I work out earlier in the day. My normal heart rate is about 65.
The only thing I can think of is that I eat about 1-2 hours before my game but I do not eat before I work out in the morning. Maybe the food is havng some kind of effect?
Has anybodt else experienced anything like this or have any idea as to why it happens?
