I have been getting a pain right in the middle of my chest for about 4 hours now.
It only lasts a second or 2 but it's a sharp pain kind of like something contracting and I get the pain every few minutes.
How can I tell if it's my heart or just my chest or something else?

Update:
Had to go see doc at 1am the night I wrote above message.
I have got wet pluerisy (along with no sense of smell or taste and blocked sinuses (I'm full of snot!)
But.........Doc thinks I have Angina!! I'm 36! So he gave me GTN spray and I have to go to hospital for tests.
