Can someone tell me what a normal heart rate range is (bpm) when doing minor activity (such as doing laundry, walking, grocery shopping,etc.). Also, what can cause a very fast, but very weak pulse?
Thanks~
Hilery

I can't tell you what yours would be, but just to give you some examples...

My resting bpm ranges from 52-58. Light walking rarely puts my HR above 80 bpm, and with a push mower, I can barely get my HR to 120, mowing the thickest part of the lawn as fast as I can push it, at 2 pm in the hot Florida Summer sun.

The morning after I drink a little too much wine (alcohol) or perhaps eat too much chocolate, my HR is slightly elevated for both resting (high 60s) and while running. I find that I have to slow my pace down to keep my HR in the proper zone, but eventually, after about 10 min or running, my HR has normalized again where the rate is what I would expect for the pace.
