I'm having back surgery in a few days and haven't been able to to talk to anyone about my paroxyml a-fib and the surgery. I'm in and out of a-fib every day, NOT on coumadin due to upcoming surgery, and of course it's acting up more with anxiety.

I would appreciate any input from anyone that's had general anth. while in a-fib. Is it a big deal or do the anesthesiologists just deal with it.
