ok this is only my second day this time i have failed a few times but people on this website have helped me a lot and gave me a lot of good advice i have been of for 9 weeks using patches and inhalator dont know why i started again because i had no cravings i think i just wanted a smoke but i am trying harder this time i hope you do well
