i quitted smoking for almost 2months im feeling better than i was been to the dr few times everything came normal. maybe its because all the years i smoked. im 38 been smoking for 20yrs. im hanging in there it will take its course. nicotine leaves ur body 72hrs but the chemicals take longer. drink plenty of water it flushes the toxins faster. for the people who quitted smoking hang in there u will get better.

Sharon, Believe me I know you can do it. If I can do it I'm convinced anyone can. You know deep down you can do it you just have to make a tough choice. And I know it's not easy to make the decision to never smoke again. But that really is the toughest part of the proccess. Good Luck
