I recently bought a weighing scale that includes your body fat percentage.

I am 19 years old

123lb

5 foot 2 inches

22.7 BMI

26.9 % body fat

is the body fat number normal?

how did you find out your body fat percentage btw??

The American Council on Exercise uses the following categories based on percentage of body fat:

Essential fat Women 10-12% men 2-4%
Athletes Women 14-20% men 6-13%
Fitness Women 21-24% men 14-17%
Acceptable women 25-31% men 18-25%
Obese women 32% or more men 26% or more

Beware, these scales are not 100% accurate. I have one. It told me one number, the gym's machine another number and the calipers a third number. There was a 3% difference between the highest and lowest.

Also beware that your hydration levels will affect the reading. Always do the measurement at the same time of day if you want to use it for a trend.
