i dont get dizzy or vomit. but from time to time my left ear would hurt then my right ear would hurt. i dont get dizzy when im sleeping or when im watching tv. when im at work feels like im losin my balance. how can a inner ear problem can mess up your balance. can a infection of the inner ear do it. how would you know. how can the doctor tell if you have it. been having this problem for 3 weeks. i never had this problem before.
