I've had a colonoscopy and upper GI and everything has came back fine. They took a biopsy which revealed nothing. However every day I experience bad gas pains and stomach cramps which have even led me to passing out. My BM are normal with no blood or anything it just feels like I'm not making a complete BM and the other day I had severe intestinal pain which almost caused me to pass out after having stomach cramps. I also have Generalized anxiety disorder which is said to make your IBS worsen. I'm to a point of no return I need help, my stomach tests are fine, but I still have no answers and I've tried 2 meds which made my stomach cramps worsen.

Since you've already had your colon checked maybe you should find a "good" neurologist to address the vagus nerve that is causing you to pass out. Sometimes when my stomach cramps start I use Levsin S/L. If I get it taken soon enough it will stop the cramps b/4 I pass out. It does make me
feel sluggish for a day or two but it's better than the pain. There maybe something that can be done to stop the passing out if you have a good dr to help you. Unfortunately there is not one in my area. Best of luck. Keep us posted.
