I'm only 20 years old and i've noticed the last year or so, my right foot up to a little past my ankle has become discolored...the skin is darker and the veins are more prominent then the left...I also noticed that this foot tends to be more colder then the other and I also get aches in my ankle and heel from time to time..sometimes all the way up to my knee. It has me a little concerned because i've heard it could be poor circulation, but I don't know...I have no insurance, so I haven't bothered getting it checked, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or know anyone who has, so maybe I can find out what could be causing it and if it could be serious or not.

Did you have some type of trauma to your foot or ankle?

Not that i'm aware of.

If you can, you should get it checked out. It could be nothing, but better safe than sorry.
