I'm getting these gastro problems on toprol nausea upset stomach and diarhea today. Just started this med about 3 days ago. Also, last night I had difficulty breathing, pulse very low I guess. Does anyone have problems like these on these meds ?

it can cause breathing problems since it contricts the vessels
